School Year: 2009-2010

Support Our Students (S.O.S.) fund is designed for an OSSPEAC member to obtain a product(s) that would assist a specific student in accessing the general curriculum. The product(s) amount can range from $25 to $1000. A product(s) costing over $1000 can be requested. However, only a portion of the amount would be subsidized. An OSSPEAC member can submit for more than one product for a specific student. Each product request must be submitted on a different application form.

The S.O.S. fund will be replenished annually through the monies generated from the Silent Auction held at the annual OSSPEAC conference in the fall and donations.

A fully completed S.O.S. fund application must be mailed to: Support Our Students, c/o OSSPEAC Scholarship/Grant Committee, 15024 Wheeler Road, LaGrange, Ohio 44050. The 2009-10 S.O.S. fund application’s submission deadline (postmarked) is March 1, 2010 The review committee will rate all applications via a rubric and funds will be awarded accordingly. The monies will be distributed in April to awardees.
